- CareBridge was founded in December 2024 at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work with the vision of advancing equitable, person-centered support for individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease. We exist to bridge the gap between academic knowledge, medical expertise, and the lived experiences of patients and caregivers.
- Our work translates cutting-edge research and best practices in social work and public health into practical, accessible resources that promote early intervention, caregiver empowerment, and holistic care planning. We recognize that Alzheimer’s is not only a medical condition but a social and emotional journey—one that deeply affects entire families and communities.
- Guided by the core values of dignity, compassion, equity, and resilience, CareBridge is committed to fostering informed, inclusive, and supportive environments. Through education, advocacy, and resource sharing, we strive to equip caregivers and loved ones with the tools they need to navigate the challenges of Alzheimer’s care with confidence, clarity, and hope.
